Bloodwork Ledger lets you keep a record of your own laboratory results on your device. You can enter results by hand, import report files, or connect a patient portal such as MyChart to download your own lab results.
Your results are stored only on your device. When you connect a patient portal, you authorize read-only access to your lab results and basic patient information, and that access is used only to download your results to your device. We do not sell, share or use your health information for advertising or any other purpose. See the privacy policy for details.
Bloodwork Ledger is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Values read from reports or photos may contain errors, so check them against your original report. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider about your results.
Use the app only for your own records or those of someone you are authorized to manage. Keep your device secure and keep backups; deleting the app or clearing its data deletes your results.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including lost data or errors in imported values.
Bloodwork Ledger is free while it's in early access. Pricing may change in the future, for example when the app arrives in the App Store and Google Play. Any price will be shown before you pay for anything.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
